Job Summary

F1 Info Services (Flipkart) is seeking an experienced Branch Service Manager / Service Manager to manage mobile and laptop service center operations, after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, reducing TAT, improving NPS, and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and service operations for mobile phones and laptops.
- Lead service engineers, technicians, and customer support teams.
- Monitor KPIs, including TAT, NPS, CSAT, repair quality, and productivity.
- Oversee after-sales service, warranty claims, repairs, and customer escalations.
- Reduce repeat repairs and improve first-time fix rates and service quality.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and spare parts teams for timely service delivery.
- Monitor service revenue, inventory, operational costs,



and branch performance.
- Prepare performance reports and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in mobile, laptop, or consumer electronics service management.
- Experience as a Branch Service Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager, or After Sales Service Manager.
- Robust knowledge of service operations, warranty management, customer handling, and team leadership.
