About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Trainer with solid practical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AI-powered Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on campaign execution experience and at least 2 years of experience in training, mentoring, or coaching students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct practical, classroom-based training sessions on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AI in Digital Marketing.

Train students in campaign planning, execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting.

Teach performance marketing strategies using real-world projects and case studies.

Integrate AI tools and automation into digital marketing workflows.

Develop course content, assignments, and practical projects.

Conduct assessments, live demonstrations, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Mentor students and prepare them for industry requirements.

Required Skills

Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram Ads, lead generation,



audience targeting, Pixel, and Conversions API.

SEO: On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, keyword research, and Google Search Console.

AI in Digital Marketing: ChatGPT, Gemini, AI-based content creation, research, and automation.

Training and Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain concepts through practical examples.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of professional digital marketing experience.

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing training, mentoring, or coaching.

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

Practical knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Agency experience will be an added advantage.

Must be comfortable delivering offline classroom training in Lucknow.
