- Qualification: B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture, as applicable to the role.
- Experience: Fresher to 3 years.
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop.
- Knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, elevations and sections.
- Ability to prepare floor plans, furniture layouts and construction details.
- Basic knowledge of building bylaws and UDCPR norms.
- Positive design sense, communication and teamwork.
2. Interior Designer
- Qualification: Interior Design diploma or degree.
- Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Enscape.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units and false ceilings.
- Ability to prepare furniture layouts, material selections and 3D renders.
- Knowledge of material specifications and execution details.
