Educational Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Psychology or a relevant specialization is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates must satisfy the applicable UGC regulations and institutional eligibility criteria.

Experience

- Prior teaching experience in a recognized college or university is preferred.
- Research experience and publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Guide students in academic projects and research activities.
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications.
- Mentor students and support their academic development.




- Participate in seminars, conferences, workshops, and departmental activities.
- Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department.

Required Skills

- Robust subject knowledge and research expertise in Psychology.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research methodology and academic writing.
- Ability to mentor students and work collaboratively with faculty members.
