## Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support business research, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This prospect is suitable for students and freshers interested in developing practical business analysis and data interpretation skills.

## Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze business information using Excel or Google Sheets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Assist in preparing business reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Research customer requirements, supplier information, and market trends.

- Track business performance indicators and maintain accurate records.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reporting.

- Gather information from internal teams and document business requirements.

- Present research findings and insights in a clear, structured format.

- Maintain data accuracy and follow company confidentiality guidelines.

## Eligibility and Skills

- Students and fresh graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics,



Mathematics, or a related field are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Clear written communication and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn business research and data analysis techniques.

- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or dashboard tools is an advantage but not mandatory.

## Working Hours and Weekly Off

- *Working Days:* Monday to Friday (5 days per week).

- *Working Hours:* 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

- *Weekly Off:* Saturday and Sunday.

- *Work Mode:* Remote within Tamil Nadu.

- Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks and attend scheduled meetings during working hours.

## Internship Details

- *Duration:* 6 months.

- *Training and Guidance:* Guidance will be provided for assigned tasks and learning activities.

- *Stipend:* Performance-based.

- *Selection Process:* Resume screening followed by an interview.
