Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Apollo Kitchen Equipments & Services Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial kitchen equipment projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold our standards of excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, installers, and support staff, to ensure project success.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in commercial kitchen equipment installations.





Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting project goals.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.

Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, installations, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

PMP certification is a plus.
