Job Summary

Prosonic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electronics Repair Engineer with hands-on expertise in CCTV camera repair, NVR troubleshooting, and PCB component-level repair.

The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing hardware faults, repairing electronic components, testing repaired products, and ensuring product quality before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
1. CCTV Camera Repair

- Diagnose and repair IP and analog CCTV cameras.
- Troubleshoot power supply, video output, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Identify and replace faulty electronic components and damaged PCB parts.
- Perform functional testing after repairs.

2. NVR and DVR Repair

- Diagnose and repair NVRs, DVRs, and related electronic hardware.
- Troubleshoot motherboard, power supply, Ethernet port, and storage interface issues.
- Identify and resolve HDD detection, network connectivity, and booting problems.
- Test recording functionality and ensure stable operation after repairs.

3. PCB and Component-Level Repair

- Perform PCB-level fault diagnosis and component replacement.
- Identify and replace faulty resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, MOSFETs, and SMD components.
- Use digital multimeters, soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and other repair equipment.
- Read circuit diagrams and PCB layouts wherever available.
- Diagnose short circuits, power supply failures, and other electronic board faults.

4. Testing and Quality Control

- Test repaired CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs,



and electronic boards.
- Verify power supply, image quality, network connectivity, and recording functions.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Minimize repeat repairs, unnecessary component replacement, and rework.

5. Documentation and Maintenance

- Maintain repair records, fault diagnosis reports, and component replacement logs.
- Prepare daily repair reports and update repair status.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding complex faults and spare component requirements.
- Maintain repair tools, testing equipment, and the workbench.
- Follow ESD precautions and workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair.
- Practical experience in CCTV camera and NVR/DVR hardware troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience in PCB troubleshooting, soldering, and component replacement.
- Ability to use a digital multimeter and soldering/rework equipment.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and CCTV systems.
- Valuable fault-finding, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to repair quality.

Preferred Experience

- Experience repairing IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and SMPS power supply boards.
- Knowledge of SMD component replacement, PCB tracks, and circuit diagrams.
- Previous experience in an electronics service centre, CCTV repair centre, or electronics manufacturing company.

- Ensure reliable and accurate repairs.
- Minimize repeat faults and rework.
- Maintain proper repair documentation and spare component records.
- Follow established quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
