Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing leads through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable artificial grass and multisport turf solutions.
- Present products and services professionally to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
