We are looking for a customer-focused Solar Sales Consultant to drive residential rooftop solar sales, convert leads into bookings, and build customer relationships across Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities

- Convert residential rooftop solar proposals into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up on current leads, existing proposals and referrals through calls and WhatsApp.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to close sales.
- Explain solar benefits, PM Surya Ghar subsidies, BESCOM net metering and warranty coverage.
- Build relationships with homeowners and apartment associations.
- Maintain sales records, follow-ups and conversion reports.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in residential rooftop solar sales.
- Experience in both phone-based sales and face-to-face customer meetings.
- Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar subsidy and BESCOM net-metering processes.
- Fluency in Kannada and English.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and attend occasional weekend meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
