Growth & Marketing Associate — Job Description

The Role We're looking for a driven, organized recent graduate to own our lead generation and marketing, and to serve as a key point of contact for the companies we work with. You'll work side by side with the founders and take on real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

Lead generation: Research target companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn and other platforms, build prospect lists in our CRM, and run personalized outreach and follow-ups.

Marketing campaigns: Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels; create posts, newsletters, and one-pagers; help organize webinars and roundtables; report on results.

Client coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and partners, prepare briefs, take notes, and drive next steps. Founder support: Help the founders with priorities, planning, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

Required Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Accounting





Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Confidence engaging senior professionals

Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous workplace

Nice to have

Internship or campus experience in marketing, sales, or business development

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Canva

Interest in AI, technology, or regulatory compliance
