- Perform monthly preventive maintenance and servicing of elevators at customer sites.
- Attend and resolve elevator breakdowns, service callbacks, and customer complaints promptly.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical faults in elevator systems.
- Ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently through regular inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues and spare parts requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team to schedule maintenance visits and follow up on pending complaints.
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in elevator maintenance, servicing, or troubleshooting.
- Valuable knowledge of elevator systems and electrical and mechanical components.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend service calls as required.
- Good communication skills and commitment to safety procedures.
