Job Description: Supplier Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach automobile manufacturing companies, automobile showrooms, dealerships, service centres, and automotive workshops to generate business opportunities for first aid kits and safety equipment.
- Corporate Sales: Develop and maintain business relationships with automobile companies, purchase departments, factory managers, administration teams, and other decision-makers.
- Order Generation: Generate new business leads, follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Automotive Industry Coordination: Understand the requirements of automobile companies and coordinate with their purchasing, procurement, and vendor management departments.
- Client Visits: Visit automobile factories, showrooms, dealerships, and service centres to introduce the company's products and develop current business opportunities.
- Vendor Registration: Assist with vendor registration, documentation, quotations, purchase orders, and onboarding procedures required by automobile companies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for repeat orders and long-term supply contracts.




- Quotation and Pricing: Prepare quotations, submit proposals, negotiate prices within approved limits, and coordinate with management regarding customer requirements.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with the production, packaging, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of first aid kits to customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, new client acquisition, and order conversion targets.
- Market Research: Identify potential automobile clients, study competitor offerings, and explore opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Reporting: Maintain records of client visits, leads, enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, sales performance, and follow-up activities.

Required Experience and Skills

- Prior experience in an automobile factory, automobile showroom, dealership, or automotive company.
- Experience in corporate sales, business development, procurement, vendor coordination, or client relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to approach decision-makers and develop corporate business relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and quotation preparation.
- A target-oriented attitude and the ability to independently generate business.

Pay: ₹348,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
