JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or above

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products and services.

2. Communicate effectively with customers and convince them to explore the company's offerings.

3. Understand customer needs, handle basic queries, and build positive client relationships.

4. Follow up with interested prospects to improve sales conversions.

5. Achieve daily calling targets and sales performance goals.

6. Maintain accurate customer records, call updates,



and follow-up reports using Excel or CRM.

7. Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication with customers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2).

2. Good Hindi communication skills and basic English knowledge.

3. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

4. Robust communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

5. Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
