Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and professional Valet Driver to provide parking assistance and a welcoming experience for restaurant guests. The candidate will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, maintain proper parking records, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Receive guest vehicles and safely park them in designated parking areas.
- Retrieve and return vehicles promptly when guests are ready to leave.
- Handle vehicle keys securely and maintain an accurate key-control system.
- Record vehicle details, registration numbers, and parking tickets as required.
- Inspect vehicles for visible existing damage before accepting them, following company procedures.
- Follow traffic rules, parking regulations, and all safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Assist guests with luggage or other reasonable requests when required.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report incidents to the supervisor.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage,



lost keys, or security concerns immediately.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and courteous behaviour at all times.

Requirements

- Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicles handled.
- Previous experience as a valet driver or chauffeur is preferred.
- Good driving skills and knowledge of parking procedures.
- Basic communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles, where required.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
