Required Furniture Sales and Marketing manager for a furniture manufacturing company.
Developing sales and marketing strategies and communicating job expectations by analyzing the existing gap, planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions
- responsible for managing, developing, coaching, controlling, and engaging the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
- Collect and analyses data on customer preferences and factors affecting product demands, and make business-oriented recommendations to the company.
- Conduct market intelligence, analyses competitors’ strategies, and report the same along with recommendations.
- Provide knowledge of merchandise to customers by explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers.
- Provide superior customer service and support to the production system to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
