JOB DESCRIPTION – HEAD OF SCHOOL Job Purpose

The Head of School will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, student development, staff performance and overall school operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academic and administrative functioning of the school.
- Implement the school's vision, policies, curriculum and annual plans.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance and academic outcomes.
- Lead, mentor and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure student discipline, wellbeing, safeguarding and overall development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and address their concerns.
- Oversee school events, examinations, timetables and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable board and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive, inclusive and professional school culture.
- Work closely with the School Management on strategic planning and institutional development.
- Manage resources effectively and ensure a protected and well-maintained campus.

Qualifications & Experience





- Master's degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in school education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position such as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head or Head of School.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, staff management and school administration.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
