Main Job Responsibilities:

- Collect property valuation files and documents from banks.
- Visit residential, commercial and other properties for inspection.
- Take property photographs and collect details such as measurements, location and construction details.
- Collect the required property information and submit it to the office.
- Coordinate with bank staff, property owners and office team.
- Assist in preparing property valuation reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream .Civil Engineering candidates are preferred.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Must know how to use a smartphone for taking photographs and sharing information.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.




- Must be willing to travel for bank visits and property inspections.
- Freshers can also apply.
