Job Overview

We are seeking a target-driven and ambitious Medical Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence across hospitals, clinics, and medical centers by selling high-quality hospital furniture and specialized medical equipment.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in healthcare sales or junior professionals with up to 2 years of field experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Key Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with Purchase Heads, Biomedical Engineers, Hospital Directors, and Doctors to present product solutions.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify sales opportunities, deliver product presentations, submit quotations, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Territory Management: Plan and execute daily travel routes efficiently across your assigned territory.
- Market Intelligence: Gather intelligence on competitor products, pricing,



and market demand to identify new business channels.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed daily visit reports, pipeline updates, and payment collection tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales (Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or hospital sales is a strong plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district/state. A two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license is required.
- Languages: Fluency in local language(s) (Bengali, Hindi, or Odia depending on location) and basic English.
