Job Title: Merchandiser – Apparel Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from order confirmation and material sourcing to production coordination and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of garment manufacturing, fabric sourcing, costing, quality control, and buyer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers and clients to understand product requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Manage fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing in coordination with suppliers.
- Prepare cost sheets, quotations, order details, and production-related documentation.
- Coordinate with production, sampling, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track sample development, approvals, production progress, and order status.
- Monitor product quality and ensure garments meet buyer specifications and company standards.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, production schedules, and delivery updates.




- Identify potential production delays or material shortages and coordinate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Experience in apparel merchandising or garment manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, costing, and production processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
