Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality & Structure Incharge to manage quality control, structural inspections, fabrication quality, and compliance with quality standards at a steel plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise quality control and structural inspection activities.
- Ensure structural components meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials, fabrication, welding, fit-up, and finished components.
- Coordinate material testing, dimensional checks, and inspection reports.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records, test certificates, and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by vendors, contractors,



and fabrication teams.
- Lead the quality team and minimize rework.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the steel industry is mandatory.
- Experience in structural quality control, inspection, or steel fabrication.
- Robust knowledge of structural drawings, material specifications, and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of defect identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and quality reporting systems.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with steel plant or structural fabrication experience who can join immediately or have a short notice period.
