We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and responsible Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have strong staff management skills, the ability to increase sales, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service

- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff.
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments, feedback, and complaints.
- Drive revenue growth through customer retention, upselling, and promotional activities.
- Monitor daily sales, cash collections, expenses, and billing.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and qualified standards across the salon.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of salon products and supplies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular business updates to the owner.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
