Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify suitable candidates for Gulf and overseas job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a solid candidate sourcing network across assigned locations.
• Generate candidate leads through local networks, referrals, contacts, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.




• Achieve recruitment and candidate mobilization targets within assigned timelines.

Salary:
22000 to 30000 INR Per Month Requirements
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Gulf Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, or International Recruitment.
• Candidates with prior experience in Gulf manpower recruitment or overseas placement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
