Chennai R&D; Reports to (Position): Department/Function: Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line): 0Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line):0 Number of Outsourced Reports: 0 Purpose of the Job: Responsible for Renewals of GSO & SASO certificates of each SKUs Preparing & submitting for ECE certifications of SKUs Co-ordination with each plants & arranging for the renewals of plant specific product certifications Maintenance of certification portal with current & valid certificates Major

Responsibilities:
Co-ordination with plants for initiating the GSO certificate renewalsSKU wise, processing these applications, arranging & uploading the required documents. Arranging & uploading the documents required for SASO certification renewals of each SKU.



Maintaining MIS on GSO & SASO certification status & monthly circulation to all concerned. Reviewing the documents provided for ECE certifications & preparing other documents required & submitting for processing the certification. Co-ordination with plants & sales team for arranging the audits, completing other formalities required for the audits related to plant specific product certifications Updation of certification portal with new / renewed certificates. Identifying the regulatory requirements of recent markets / countries. Maintenance of product & regulatory standards of different countries. Arranging documents for other new / renewal certifications. Knowledge (Technical / Functional) a) Tyre nomenclature b) Tyre Engineering – Basics c) standards & Regulatory requirements of tyres. d) MS office e) TQM tools Skills Planning skills, Reading habit, Co-ordination & communication skills Relevant

Experience:
1 – 2 years of experience in Tyre Industry, preferably in the Tyre engineering / Tyre curing area Education Qualification(s): B.
Tech/ BE – Any stream
