- To be discussed at next stage At Ideagen, we're building the platforms that enable our product teams to innovate at scale. We're looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to drive the technical direction of our Productivity and Compliance platform engineering squad, delivering the infrastructure, automation, and guardrails that power a growing portfolio of products.
As a hands-on technical leader, you'll shape and deliver the platform capabilities that help engineering teams build, deploy, and operate software securely and efficiently. You'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership and mentoring, ensuring scalable, reliable, and future-ready platform solutions while supporting engineers in adopting modern AI-assisted engineering practices. Responsibilities
• Define and drive the technical direction for Platform
- Productivity and Compliance.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, and Go.
• Lead platform architecture decisions across cloud hosting, automation, security, observability, and resilience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver scalable platform services.
• Coach and mentor Platform Engineers, promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Own delivery commitments,



manage technical risks, and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, GitOps, and automation best practices.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices while ensuring appropriate governance and quality controls. Skills and Experience
• Strong platform, cloud, or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience with container platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of security, reliability, observability, and disaster recovery principles.
• Proven ability to lead technical direction while remaining hands-on.
• Experience coaching engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams. What is next?
