Key Responsibilities:
- Process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Manage unapplied cash and suspense accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reconcile payments and resolve any issues related to cash application.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to cash application activities.
