Job Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) for senior secondary classes in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, tests, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and grading reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and continuous career development programs.
- Mentor and guide students for science fairs, Olympiads, and other competitive events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary teaching methods and promote a STEM-oriented culture.
- Uphold and model the school’s values, discipline standards, and code of conduct.

Essential Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Science (B. Sc., B. Ed.,



or equivalent) with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Qualified Teacher Training (TGT) certification recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
- Strong grasp of the CBSE/ICSE science syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching aids and virtual labs.

Desired Experience

- 2–4 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct practical sessions and manage laboratory equipment.
- Experience in coaching students for science competitions is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches such as inquiry‑based learning and project‑based assessment.
