Oracle Fusion Test Lead / Test Automation Engineer

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead testing initiatives and drive automation strategies within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications through advanced testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Agentic AI and Generative AI to enhance test efficiency, while simultaneously managing the development of robust automation frameworks. This position is critical for maintaining high-quality software delivery standards in a dynamic Agile and Dev Ops environment, requiring a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

- Architect and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks tailored for Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

- Lead the execution of complex test automation and regression testing cycles to ensure system stability.

- Integrate Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions to optimize testing workflows and identify potential defects proactively.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed testing practices seamlessly into Agile and Dev Ops pipelines.





- Utilize specialized tools such as Opkey to streamline testing processes and improve coverage.

- Define and enforce quality standards for all Oracle Fusion testing activities.

- Mentor team members on best practices for test automation and cloud application testing.

- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of application quality.

Requirements Requirements:

- Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software testing, specifically within the IT Services sector.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and their application in testing scenarios.

- Proven track record in developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.

- Hands-on experience with Opkey is highly preferred; knowledge of other automation tools is beneficial.

- Extensive background in testing Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

- Solid skills in executing test automation and managing regression testing suites.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced technical setting.
