Aarth Universal School is looking for a technically inclined and hands-on Robotics & Design Technology Assistant to support the Design & Technology Coach and Robotics Coach in delivering practical, technology-driven learning experiences to students.

The role involves preparing materials, setting up robotics and design equipment, assisting students during practical sessions, and supporting the development of projects involving robotics, electronics, coding and making.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Design & Technology Coach and Robotics Coach during classroom sessions and practical activities.
- Prepare, assemble and organise robotics kits, electronic components, tools and project materials.
- Support students in building prototypes, working with basic circuits, assembling mechanisms and troubleshooting projects.
- Assist with basic coding, robotics programming and hands-on technology activities, as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, inventory and safe working practices in the design and robotics workspace.
- Support student projects, demonstrations, exhibitions and technology-related events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Basic understanding of robotics, electronics,



mechanical assembly, coding or prototyping.
- Comfortable using tools, handling components, assembling kits and troubleshooting basic technical problems.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn current technologies.
- Able to work patiently with students and support their learning through practical activities.
