Job description
• Procurement: Manage procurement of CI casting & Investment casting
• Strategic Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, analyze market trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Management: Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, maintain relationships, and monitor vendor performance.
• Purchasing Operations: Oversee the procurement process, review requisitions, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage inventory levels, and guide subordinates.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality standards, address quality issues with suppliers and internal teams Qualification and experience BE (Mechanical) ,



MBA with 15-20 years of experience in Pump Industry or similar Industry in Purchase function Knowledge / skills required
• In-depth product knowledge and manufacturing process understanding.
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and results.
• Solid negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
