Salary:
₹35,000–₹45,000 Gross per Month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr. Engineer to oversee MRP plant operations, production, maintenance coordination, and dispatch activities, ensuring smooth and efficient plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall MRP plant operations, including production and dispatch.
• Manage operations of screens and associated equipment.
• Coordinate general maintenance activities with the Plant Maintenance Engineer.
• Supervise shift-wise production and dispatch activities in coordination with supervisors.




• Monitor production performance and prepare daily production reports.
• Minimize machinery downtime and maximize production and dispatch efficiency.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations. Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in MRP or similar industrial operations.
• Robust knowledge of production, plant operations, maintenance coordination, and dispatch.
• B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Good team coordination and plant management skills.
