• Assist in managing and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Support cloud-based application deployment and hosting activities.
• Monitor server and application performance using Grafana and Amazon CloudWatch.
• Assist in managing Linux and Windows servers.
• Work with Docker containers and Kubernetes for container management.
• Support web hosting, server configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Assist in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with developers and senior DevOps engineers on deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow standard operational procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AWS DevOps and cloud computing concepts.
• Understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Grafana and Amazon CloudWatch.
• Understanding of web hosting and server management.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC is preferred.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub is an advantage.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Bash or Python is a plus.
• Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
