Full-Time Locations: Mumbai | Navi Mumbai | Pune | Khopoli | Vapi | Valsad Job Overview We are looking for dynamic, technically sound, and target-oriented Sales Managers / Sales Executives with experience in Industrial Lubricants and B2B industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, promoting industrial lubricant products, and achieving sales and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers across manufacturing, engineering, automotive, steel, chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, cement, and other industrial sectors.
• Generate business through field visits, networking, referrals, and market development.
• Expand market share by promoting industrial lubricant products. 2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubrication solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and technical support.
• Generate additional business through cross-selling and upselling. 3. Technical Sales
• Promote industrial lubricants, hydraulic oils, gear oils, compressor oils, metalworking fluids, greases, and specialty lubricants.
• Conduct lubrication surveys, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Recommend application-specific products to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
• Coordinate product trials and monitor customer feedback. 4. Sales & Commercial Management
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profit margins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities. 5. Collection & Reporting
• Ensure timely payment collection and effective management of outstanding receivables.
• Submit daily call reports, monthly sales reports, and business forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly. Qualifications
• BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage. Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Industrial Lubricants, Metalworking Fluids, or Industrial Consumables sales.
• Solid experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.
• Experience handling OEMs, manufacturing plants, and industrial customers preferred. Technical Knowledge
