About the role
This is a generalist role in the Founder's Office. You will work on the priorities that matter most to the business, moving between growth, customers, partnerships and new initiatives as the company needs. Your scope will grow as fast as you do. We are looking for someone who has built something of their own and seen it fail: a startup, a side project, a campaign or a community. You know what it takes to start from zero, and you are hungry to do it again at a bigger scale. If that sounds like you, you are the right fit.

What you'll do
• Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads
• Own our brand presence across social media, the website and marketing material
• Run events, webinars and partnerships with developers, brokers and industry bodies
• Onboard customers,



be their main point of contact and make sure they get value quickly
• Turn customer wins into referrals, and spot upsell and renewal opportunities
• Take on special projects, from market research to process setup
• Prepare decks, reports and updates for internal and external meetings
• Bring structure to recent initiatives and see them through to results Who you are
• 0–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting or any role where you owned outcomes (strong freshers welcome)
• Fluent in English, Hindi/ Kannada; Telugu is a plus
• Comfortable talking to customers on calls, in meetings and on site visits
• Very ambitious, self-driven and passionate about building something great. If you are looking for just another job, this role is not for you
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and similar) along with Canva, Google Workspace, Excel and social media platforms
• A background in or knowledge of real estate is a plus What you'll get
