G Tronic Cutting-edge Pvt. Ltd. is an electronics and industrial equipment company engaged in the import, export, sourcing and supply of electronic components, machinery, spare parts and related products. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Import–Export Executive to support our international business operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle import and export operations for electronic components, machinery, spare parts and industrial equipment.

- Coordinate with international suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.

- Communicate with suppliers in China and other international markets through email and online platforms.

- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, purchase orders and shipping documents.

- Coordinate documentation related to IEC, DGFT, customs clearance, Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills.

- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

- Obtain quotations,



compare supplier prices and negotiate purchase terms.

- Maintain import/export records, shipment details and cost calculations using MS Excel.

- Assist in identifying new international suppliers, buyers and business opportunities.

- Coordinate with banks, customs agents and other service providers as required.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant import–export experience preferred.

- Knowledge of import–export documentation, customs procedures and international logistics.

- Good English communication and email-writing skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Knowledge of China sourcing, electronics or industrial equipment will be an advantage.

- Ability to coordinate independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience and skills.
