About the Role

Chipku Agri Innovation Pvt. Ltd. develops sustainable, AI-enabled crop protection and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) technologies. We are looking for a proactive professional to support laboratory bioefficacy assessments and execute field validation trials with farmers, FPOs, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field validation trials and deploy pheromone/AI traps across target crops.
- Monitor pest incidence, trap performance, and field-level product efficacy.
- Assist in laboratory bioefficacy tests for lure potency, formulation efficacy, and product shelf life.
- Organize farmer demonstrations and coordinate with FPOs, institutions, and field partners.
- Collect farmer feedback and field observations to support R&D; and product improvement.
- Maintain accurate field logs, trial records, and laboratory assessment data.
- Capture and organize AI monitoring images and pest incidence data.
- Prepare concise field trial, laboratory assessment, and validation reports.
- Coordinate with the R&D; team for trial planning, observations, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Entomology, Pest Management, and IPM practices.




- Basic understanding of laboratory bioassay procedures and experimental setups.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, mobile survey applications, and digital data collection tools.
- Ability to analyze field observations and present technical findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and farmer interactions.
- Proactive, field-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as with an R&D; team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in agricultural field trials, pest surveillance, bioefficacy testing, or product validation.
- Exposure to pheromone traps, sticky traps, AI-based pest monitoring, or precision agriculture technologies.
- Experience working with farmers, FPOs, agricultural institutions, or research organizations.

A hands-on agriculture skilled who enjoys both field experimentation and laboratory work, has strong pest-management knowledge, and can effectively bridge the gap between farmers, field trials, and R&D; teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
