We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant Manager with solid knowledge of hospital/healthcare HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with department heads and hospital management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain confidential employee information and HR reports.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Handle other HR activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Hospital / Healthcare industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with hospital staff and management.
