Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil with professionalism and courtesy.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service requests. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and order-related inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up with customers for feedback, issue resolution, and promotional activities as required.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system and ensure timely updates.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.
Basic communication skills in English.
Good listening, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns patiently.
Confident in handling both inbound and outbound voice calls.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work workplace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
