- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding sent quotations and pending responses.
- Maintain quotation records and update status regularly in Excel.
- Handle email correspondence with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform cold calling to potential customers during free time to generate current business leads.
- Maintain customer database and update regularly.
- Generate basic sales reports and MIS in Excel.
