We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive to join our growing team in Pune and support a US-based healthcare technology client.

This is a non-technical role offering structured process training, hands-on learning, and an opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as our operations expand.

What You’ll Do

- Execute day-to-day operational tasks using web-based applications, checklists, and SOPs.
- Review and update records while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track pending tasks and proactively escalate discrepancies or exceptions.
- Communicate professionally with US-based stakeholders via email, chat, and online meetings.
- Learn, document, and improve operational workflows.
- Gradually take ownership of additional processes and support the training of new team members.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and web-based applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills,



and a sense of ownership.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to work in the specified US Eastern Time-aligned shift.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in back-office operations, business operations, US client support, healthcare operations, CRM workflows, or SOP documentation.

No prior dental or orthodontic knowledge is required.
