Job Description

- Transaction Processing: Execute day-to-day SAP transactions across MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS modules, including purchase requisitions and orders, goods receipts, vendor invoice posting, and project-wise cost booking for offshore wind EPC projects (foundations, substations, cable laying, installation vessels).

- Master Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate master data (vendors, materials, services, WBS elements, cost centers), ensuring compliance with approval workflows and internal controls so that project procurement and billing are not delayed.

- Project & Site Coordination: Coordinate with project, procurement,



logistics, finance, and site teams (including yard and marine operations) to capture material movements, subcontractor measurements/service entry sheets, and milestone-based billing in SAP on time.

- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate and share periodic MIS reports (PO status, GRN/invoice pendency, inventory, budget vs. actual by WBS), and support month-end closing, vendor reconciliations, and audit queries with proper documentation.

- Compliance, Support & Process Improvement: Follow L&T; SOPs, statutory norms (GST, TDS, customs and import documentation), and data security protocols; raise and track issues with the SAP support/IT team, and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
