About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a basic understanding of insurance and a strong desire to build a career in SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) Insurance Sales. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn, communicate confidently and work towards sales goals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach small and medium-sized businesses to understand their insurance requirements.

Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions with guidance from the team where required.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies to obtain quotations and support client requirements.

Follow up consistently with prospects, develop opportunities and work towards agreed sales targets.

Attend client meetings and undertake business-related field visits as required.

Who Should Apply?

· Graduates from any stream; freshers are welcome.

· Basic knowledge of insurance,



or a genuine willingness to learn insurance fundamentals.

· Clear, confident communication and good interpersonal skills.

· Smart, proactive, hardworking and comfortable speaking with current people.

· A genuine interest in sales, business development and acquiring new clients.

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

· Persistence, initiative, a positive attitude and a results-oriented approach.

· A long-term career mindset and willingness to put in consistent effort to build sales skills and achieve goals.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
