Position: Senior Detailer
Experience: 2–6+ Years (Depending on relevant experience)
Qualification: ITI Civil Draftsman / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Structural Drawings & Detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience in CFS / LGS / HRS Structures preferred
- Structural Drafting & Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring
- Ability to handle complex structural drawings
- Team Leadership & Drafting Standards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience Criteria:
- 4+ years of in-house drafting experience OR
- 6+ years of external drafting experience OR
- 2+ years of CFS / LGS / HRS experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review structural drawings.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and quality standards.
- Manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Guide and train junior drafters.
- Improve drafting efficiency and productivity.
