About the Role

We are looking for Telemarketers to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves speaking with businesses over the phone, understanding their requirements and maintaining customer information for follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to businesses
- Introduce the company and speak with potential customers
- Understand and record customers’ product requirements
- Maintain customer and contact information
- Update call and follow-up records
- Follow up with businesses when required
- Share customer enquiries and requirements with the team
- Maintain daily records of calls and enquiries

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain records accurately
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Hindi and English communication skills
- Previous telecalling or customer communication experience preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
