Position Title: Clinical Coordinator
Location: On-site (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar)
Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator serves as the vital link between our molecular diagnostics laboratory and partner hospital. In this hybrid role, you will be embedded directly within the hospital’s oncology department to provide seamless, hands-on clinical navigation support to oncologists, pathology teams, and patients. Concurrently, you will act as a point of contact, driving the adoption and promotion of our advanced molecular oncology tests by educating clinicians on their clinical utility and streamlining the ordering workflow.
Key Responsibilities
A) Product Promotion & Clinical Education
· Drive adoption and growth of the molecular oncology test portfolio within the assigned network.
· Conduct clinical presentations, briefing sessions, and continuous medical education updates for oncologists and fellow staff.
B) Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
· To ensure productive sample acquisition, processing, and shipping to the central testing facility.

On-Site Oncologist Support & Clinical Navigation
· Provide daily, on-site assistance to oncologists regarding molecular test selection and interpretation frameworks.
· Coordinate the entire test workflow from initial physician order to tissue/blood sample retrieval, pathology coordination, and final report delivery.
· Review patient charts to proactively identify candidates who meet clinical criteria for molecular profiling and companion diagnostics.
· Act as the primary point of contact for oncologists to resolve any pre-analytical or post-analytical queries efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
· Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related clinical field.
· 2+ years of experience in a clinical coordination, medical sales, or application specialist role.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex genomic data into clear clinical value
