Job Summary

ICI Hospital is looking for an experienced Billing Executive – IPD to manage inpatient billing operations, ensure accurate bill preparation, and coordinate with patients and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IPD (Inpatient Department) billing and discharge billing procedures.
- Prepare and verify patient bills, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, insurance/TPA teams, and other hospital departments.
- Verify billing details, package charges, and other applicable hospital charges.
- Handle patient and attendant queries related to billing and payments.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of billing processes.
- Follow hospital billing policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in hospital billing, preferably in IPD billing.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good coordination and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
