We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Coordinator – Pharma to manage business enquiries, lead allocation, sales coordination, and pharmaceutical product-related activities. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of pharmaceutical products and salts, along with experience in IndiaMART lead management, sales coordination, or pharmaceutical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming business enquiries from IndiaMART and other B2B portals.
- Screen and categorize leads based on customer requirements, product interest, and business potential.
- Assign qualified leads to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead databases using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Search for government tenders related to medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, lead assignments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track pending enquiries and ensure no business opportunity is missed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and pharmaceutical product requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory knowledge of pharmaceutical products and salts.
- Experience in IndiaMART handling, lead management, or sales coordination.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products and customer requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of government tenders for medicines and pharmaceutical supplies will be an added advantage.
