Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze customer RFQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Develop cost estimations, BOM (Bill of Materials), and pricing calculations.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for proposal preparation.
Select suitable Siemens products and solutions based on application requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, compliance statements, and quotations.
Support sales teams during customer discussions and negotiations.
Review tender documents and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Maintain proposal records and track submission status.
Provide technical clarification and support during pre-sales activities.
Positive knowledge of Siemens products such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Switchgear, Automation systems,
and Electrical components.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD / EPLAN (added advantage).
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
3-5 years Experience in industrial automation, panel manufacturing, electrical projects, or system integration industries. Experience handling Siemens-based solutions and tender proposals will be an added advantage.

Pattabiram, Near Avadi, Chennai
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
