MEP Faculty – MEP Training Institute (Chennai)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Training Before Teaching

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in MEP systems and related software before handling classes.

Training includes:

- HVAC Systems
- MEP Fundamentals
- Basic Plumbing Concepts
- Industry Software Applications
- Practical Design Concepts

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions for Engineering students.
- Teach HVAC and basic MEP concepts.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments.
- Support students in practical learning and project work.
- Guide students in developing technical and employability skills.
- Handle student queries and provide academic support.




- Assist in classroom coordination and related academic activities.
- Participate in technical workshops, seminars, and training programs.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Good understanding of core Mechanical Engineering subjects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Willingness to learn MEP design concepts and software tools.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally.
