- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, offer letters, appointment letters, and personnel records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, regularization, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain employee master data, HR MIS, and trackers.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee transfers, increments, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Follow up with Cluster Managers and Store Managers regarding manpower requirements and HR processes.
- Prepare HR reports, emails, notices, and other employee-related communications.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training attendance records.




- Ensure timely completion of all assigned HR activities and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;), restaurant, or hospitality industry will be given first preference.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of restaurant operations, store-level manpower requirements, and HR processes.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
