We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and email-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
- Provide support for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network-related issues.




- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain proper support records.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to join immediately.

Key Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Local Mumbai candidates are preferred.
